At Nyrelli Skin + Laser, all treatments are performed with care, preparation, and time blocked specifically for you. To maintain fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients, we follow the policy below:
Payments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits go toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations & No-Shows

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancelling within 24 hours = loss of deposit.

No-shows = full service fee may be charged before rebooking another treatment.
Refunds
Because our treatments and time are reserved exclusively for you, all services are final sale.
We do not offer refunds for:

Completed services

Packages or multi-session bundles

Deposits

Change of mind

Mild/expected reactions (redness, sensitivity, purging, temporary irritation)
Packages may not be transferred to another person or exchanged for other services.
Treatment Reactions
All services include a consultation and consent form to ensure you are informed of:

normal post-treatment reactions

contraindications
If you experience a reaction outside normal expectations, please contact us.
We will support you, but refunds are not provided as results vary per individual.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive 10+ minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled.
Deposits remain non-refundable in this situation.
Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare products are final sale once purchased.
Promotions
Special deals (ex. Black Friday, packages, seasonal offers) are:
