Welcome to Nyrelli Skin + Laser. By booking an appointment, purchasing a package, or receiving any service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure fairness, safety, and a smooth experience for all clients.
Appointments

All clients must be 18+ or have written parental/guardian consent.

Treatments are performed only on clients who are eligible and safe to treat based on their consultation forms and health disclosures.

Nyrelli Skin + Laser reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason, including safety concerns, misuse of equipment, or disrespectful behaviour.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.
Payments & Deposits

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms.

Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling to avoid delays for other clients.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are applied to your final service total on the day of your appointment.

All services must be paid in full at the time of the appointment.

We accept e-transfer and other approved payment methods.
Refunds & Exchanges

24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit.

No-shows will be charged the full deposit and may be refused future bookings.
Treatment Eligibility

All services, packages, deposits, and promotional offers are non-refundable.

Packages must be used within the stated time frame and are non-transferable.

No refunds are offered for change of mind, sensitivity, or lack of perceived results, as individual outcomes vary.
Results & Expectations

Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and skin concerns prior to treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in complications, and Nyrelli Skin + Laser is not liable for issues arising from omitted information.

We cannot treat clients who are:

Pregnant (for laser)

Using certain medications (e.g., Accutane)

Recently tanned or sunburned

Have active infections or contraindications

Liability

Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.

Multiple sessions are typically required for optimal outcomes.

Nyrelli Skin + Laser makes no guarantees regarding specific results.
By receiving any service, you acknowledge that:

Nyrelli Skin + Laser is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions, improper aftercare, or external factors beyond our control.
Packages & Promotions

Packages must be used by the same client - they cannot be shared or gifted.

Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Promotional prices cannot be combined with other discounts unless specified.

Your data will only be used for booking, consultation, and communication related to your treatments.
Photography & Marketing Consent

Before-and-after photos may be taken for documentation.
